  • Made-to-order system
    The furniture production begins once we receive and accept your choice of Wood, Upholstery and the confirmation of purchase. We deliver your purchase in 1 to 3 months after having received your order. We cannot accept cancellations or withdrawals after we have accepted your purchase. Once we get your order from the shopping site, an email will be sent to you to inform you regarding the period of delivery. After that, you will receive another email when the shipment is ready for delivery. It can take some time for the products to be delivered, but we are always care to keep you updated and to communicate with you.

  • About payment
    All products are made-to-order. We estimate a waiting time of about 3-4 months to receive the product(s) you ordered. The payment has to be done during the order process on the website by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

  • Delivery
    We will send your product directory from the factory in Japan. (Except for the Crys table and the Manta-Ray chair).
    It is included free transportation until entrance on the ground floor. For an extra fee you are able to request for transportation until your floor or room.
  • Cost of shipment
    Free national and international shipping on all purchases.


  • Wooden furniture
    INODA+SVEJE provides a limited one-year warranty for each piece of furniture to the original purchaser.

    Defect is remedied by repair or replacement. Choice of remedy is decided at the exclusive discretion of INODA+SVEJE. To obtain proper service under this warranty, purchase invoice is mandatory when making a claim (original purchase receipt should be kept). For one year following the date of the original purchase, INODA+SVEJE will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace, or provide a substitute for, any piece found to be defective in material or workmanship. Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. Service claims under this warranty should be made through INODA+SVEJE’s office.

    This warranty does not apply to purchasers of samples or display products (from the showroom). Color and finish variations are natural in wood and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies under conditions of normal commercial use but does not apply to fading (furniture should not be placed in direct sunlight nor near heat sources) or defects that result from normal wear and tear, negligence, improper cleaning/care, misuse, accident or damage caused by pets.

    Products, which have been manufactured according to customer specifications, are covered by INODA+SVEJE’s one-year limited warranty.
